Oh. My. God. How on earth does this taste so good? In a way it's nicer than proper jalfrezi because it's not drowning in oil! I was worried it was really watery, but once it started simmering it thickened up and easily turned into the best homemade curry I've ever had!

This makes the best chilli ever - my son, who was a chef for many years said it was the best he had ever had and asked for the recipe - question is now should I let him in on my secret - hehehehehe

I've used 2 of my sister's seasonings and both have been so simple to use and tasted amazing! Brilliant x

Wow. My family are quite fussy eaters. I made Doner Kebab with salt n pepper chips. Absolute hit there was no left overs. The lamb kebab is so easy to make with full instructions for every recipe you can't go wrong . Can't wait to try jalfrezi tonight. God I LOVE these spices!! Couldn't live without them. They make life so easy. My boyfriend is always SOO impressed with the outcome. Never fails to be great. Our fav are: Bolognese Amatriciana Fajita Ok, they're all out fave tbh!!
